Body Psychotherapy in Brighton

Yoga teacher. Body psychotherapist. Mentor. With over 30 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and bodywork, my practice is rooted in the belief that the body and mind are an organic continuum. After 15 years of senior teaching at triyoga in London, I transitioned in 2010 and began training extensively under Nick Totton, the founder of Embodied Relational Therapy, receiving direct mentorship in his pioneering approach. ERT is a form of body psychotherapy that tracks how our physical vitality and psychological beliefs reflect one another.

Currently, I run trainings for professionals looking to integrate this "joined-up" approach. Whether I am working with a client or supervising a fellow therapist, my goal is to support the nervous system as it moves toward its natural state of growth and connection.

I am a parent, a lover of the great outdoors, and a devoted gardener. Much like therapy, gardening has taught me that growth can’t be forced - it can only be nurtured. Whether I’m in the woods or the garden, I’m at my happiest when I’m connected to the natural rhythms of life.
